Hello. I’m a psychotherapist based in London who works with people across the UK to manage, or let go of, the challenges life causes. This is by using clinically proven techniques such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness.

I passionately believe these are effective in dealing with the negative emotions we can all experience. These include anxiety, anger, shame, guilt, hurt, depression and envy amongst others.

I walked into my first therapy session with much trepidation about the unknown. Throughout the sessions I learnt about CBT and the techniques to challenge troubling thoughts and frustrations.
