Hello. I’m a psychotherapist based in London who works with people across the UK to manage, or let go, of the challenges life hurls our way. This is by using clinically proven techniques such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness.
I passionately believe these are effective in dealing with the negative emotions we can all experience. These include anxiety, anger, shame, guilt, hurt, envy and depression, amongst others.
